Mango Shake recipe
SERVINGS: 2

Ingredients
·      1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
·      1 cup ice cube
·      1 large mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
·      1 tablespoon sugar
·      mint leaf

 Directions
·      Place all ingredients, except mint, in a blender; blend until smooth.
·      Pour into 2 tall glasses.

·      Garnish each with a mint leaf.
